Daylight saving: why the US time moves in Saudi Arabia
- New York's clocks go back an hour on Sunday 1 November 2026.
- New York's clocks go forward an hour on Sunday 14 March 2027.
- Saudi Arabia doesn't change its clocks, so only New York's change moves the times: the US session starts an hour later in AST from Monday 2 November 2026.

On an 08:00–17:00 AST working day (our convention, not a rule), until 30 October the US session overlaps it from 16:30 to 17:00 (30 minutes); from 2 November the US session opens 30 minutes after it ends.
