About TradingLookup
The honest numbers behind trying to make money in markets.
Independent data on brokers, prop firms and crypto exchanges. Most comparison sites tell you which firm to buy. We show you the evidence on what happens after you do, with a receipt for every number.
How our numbers work
- Primary sourcesFirms' own pages and public archives, collected by us.
- Read by our scriptEvery figure.
- Second read for CFD figuresIndependent and automated. If the reads disagree, the published figure stays until a fresh UK read confirms the change.
- Source and date on every numberEach page says which checks its figures have had.
Who we are
TradingLookup is run from the UK by its two founders, Alexander Burnett and Sydney Stones.
We're both former traders. Between us we've traded forex, index futures and crypto, so we've paid the fees, read the fine print and lived with the rules these tools check. For the last two years we've been building websites and data products, which is how we came to build the tools we wished we'd had.
Sydney Stones
Sydney Stones leads data and method at TradingLookup. Former trader.
Alexander Burnett
Alexander Burnett is TradingLookup's editor and a former day trader in forex, index futures and crypto.
