Daylight saving: why the US time moves in Kenya
- New York's clocks go back an hour on Sunday 1 November 2026.
- New York's clocks go forward an hour on Sunday 14 March 2027.
- Kenya doesn't change its clocks, so only New York's change moves the times: the US session starts an hour later in EAT from Monday 2 November 2026.
