Gold and NSE USD/INR

GoldMost brokers: $0.10 on 100 oz = $10 a pip per lot. Some use $0.01, or $1 a pip (judged).
NSE USD/INR₹0.0025 tick × 1,000 dollars = ₹2.50 a tick per lot. Measured: nseindia.com, read 14 October 2026 through a search.

A calculator, not advice

How it works

Pip value of 1 lotpip size × contract size, in the quote currency. EUR/USD: 0.0001 × 100,000 = $10. USD/JPY: ¥1,000.
In your currency× the rate from the quote currency to yours. ¥1,000 at 150 a dollar = $6.67.
At your sizepip value of 1 lot × your lots. N pips = N × that.
Pips to a firm limitroom left ÷ pip value at your size. Room = the smaller of daily room and max-loss room.

Limits. Converted pip values move with the exchange rate. Brokers define pips on gold, indices and crypto differently. Firms measure the daily limit from different starting points. Enter pips, not pipettes (the fifth decimal).
