"Not confirmed": we haven't read that year from the source yet.

Why

Thanksgiving Day is one of the NYSE's market holidays: the exchange lists it on its own holiday page, and Nasdaq follows the same calendar where we've confirmed it.

Thanksgiving is the fourth Thursday of November. It is one of the few days when both the stock and bond markets shut completely, and the next day is a half day.

The next day: is the stock market open on Black Friday?

Does Thanksgiving count as a trading day at your prop firm?

None of the quotes in our futures prop ledger (24 firms) say whether a market holiday or an early close counts towards a minimum-trading-days rule. With US stocks shut on Thanksgiving, whether your firm counts the day is set by its own rules, not the exchange. What firms' own pages do say:

Check your firm's holiday notice before you trade or count the day. Every firm's published rules: US futures prop firms and prop firm news rules.
